image   Break in the Storm (1996)
Recorded at Cedar Creek Studios, Austin, TX, 1996. Originally released under the Broken Records label. Original Artwork by James Causley. Original Photography by Anthony Hart. Distributed by WEA. The success of "Going For Broke" pushed the bands touring schedule beyond it's previous boundaries. With more road experience and a clearer understanding of their sound the band went back in the studio with Llyod Maines to record "Break In The Storm". Shortly after it's release the band signed a recording contract with Atlantic Records. The album was re-mastered and re-released in 1997 with different artwork. The album spawned two singles Never Could and Pour Me A Vacation as well as videos for both. Childhood friend Jimmy LaFave appears on the track Used To Be.
